We had Tooway for a couple of years till we hooked up with Virus in Kalyves. Tooway turned out a lot more expensive due limitations but worked fine from a technical point of view.

We built and own a house in Apokoronas and rather than renting out the house for 12 months at 1.000 or even 1.500 euro per month we can rent the house to tourists at 2.000 euro per week during july/august so why should we rent out the house for a full year?

But in the region of Apokoronas there are plenty of foreigners able and willing to pay these ridiculous prices (which don't seem too high to them coming from Britain or other northern European cities).
