Maybe so, but the rules are what the rules are and you would (or should/could) know this when you bought the apartment.

I don't know about Greece but in my native country the supreme court has ruled that all pays the same regardless what floor (including ground floor) you are on.

We had Tooway for a couple of years till we hooked up with Virus in Kalyves. Tooway turned out a lot more expensive due limitations but worked fine from a technical point of view.

We built and own a house in Apokoronas and rather than renting out the house for 12 months at 1.000 or even 1.500 euro per month we can rent the house to tourists at 2.000 euro per week during july/august so why should we rent out the house for a full year?
