Re: Transferring Pension

Well that's a bonus Warwick. I will mention that to the accountant, (and thank you for confirming the Premium Bond question.) However, I don't think it'll apply to Jersey.
Still, no harm in asking.

Perhaps I'm being naive. But, re Premium bond winnings. Unless you tell them, how would they know???

Re: Transferring Pension

One thing in your reply though. You said it didn't matter if you transferr...

Re: Transferring Pension

Good news. :) one more thing, do you have to transfer over the exact amount of your pension in the year? Presumably can't be any more, but can it be less (if that makes sense:) )

Re: Transferring Pension

Thank you Warwick, I wanted to be able to explain to my accountant that other people transferred monthly. Will be much happier doing it that way, and thanks for the advice about Transferwise etc. i was going to look into that next.

Re: OTE Landline contracts

I have just renewed mine, but it includes the Broadband. I'm presuming yours doesn't? I had a phone call as well, but was told I didn't have to go in and sign anything. Mine has increased in price from 27 to 31 euros. When I signed up 4 years ago, it was just for a 2 year contract which was renewed ...

I only have a British bank account and debit card. A chance remark by a friend has made me wonder if this is ok, or do the payments ...
