Re: Accountant and removalist recommendations

I also recommend Nomad, they shipped out boxes for me when I moved & have since shipped a Jaccuzzi from the UK to here for me. They also "house moved" friends of mine from Bracknell to the Malia area 18 months ago.

Re: Renewal Of IKA Book

I had to visit my local KEP, whilst there I inquired about updating my IKA book. They told me that there is no need to visit IKA to get this done anymore, as the system has now been computerised. They themselves are not getting their books updated, they said you just take your book with you when you...

From what has been explained to me, by my engineer, prior to new legislation passed in 2011, although my house was not legal when I bought it in 2007, it was accepted practice & NOT illegal, for it to have been sold to me. Therefore I can only assume that Lawyers, Notaries, Engineers etc did not...

I am in the process of applying for planning permission to make changes to my property. My engineer discovered my property was not legal, so I have had to legalise it. Planning permission will NOT be granted until it is legalised, nor could I sell it until it has been done. First we discovered one r...
