Insulation board for sale half price

I have approximately 150m2 of blue insulation board for sale. This is roof spec material. In other words, it can be laid down and screeded and will not compress when walked on. Obviously it can also be used for other insulation applications. If you need thicker, just double it up? This exact item cu...

20 kVA 3 phase voltage stabiliser for sale

These are around 800/900 euros when new. Worked well for many years, but has started making odd noises and smelling wrong. Selling for spares, or maybe easily fixable by someone who knows what they are doing. 60 euros, buyer collects. It's heavy. It needs two strong persons to lift onto a vehicle. M...

Delia's How to Cook - For Sale

Set of all three books for just 15 euro. I think these were £17 each book originally. In good condition.

Located Milatos near Malia/Neapoli. Buyer collects, might deliver if reasonably local.

Re: External Villa Painting

In theory it could work, but as others have said, you'd want to see work they've done previously. There might also be a question over the finished appearance. Might not look like a normal painted wall?

Re: Firefox - Google Earth Interaction.

Strange. I have the latest version of Firefox, 68.0, and use Earth Pro, 7.3.2.5776. Build was in March this year so probably not the latest. No problems at all. Don't have Rapport. Don't suppose this helps you much, Warwick, but can't offer anything else. I think my graphics card has 4Gb of memory. ...

Re: Greek Driving Licence

Easy to see why many people prefer to hold on to their UK licence, which together with an IDP, and a certain economy of truth about full time residence, will avoid the nightmare of getting a Greek licence.

Labour cost for tiling?

Has anyone recently had any tiling done? I'm trying to get a fix on what sort of price per square metre is normal these days. Don't need advice on techniques and materials, just some idea of a recent price per square metre for tiling. No rendering or waterproofing, just straightforward tiling. Thank...

Re: The Will of the People

You don't need to believe in conspiracy theories to understand that there is a relatively small number of people who completely control what happens in a country. And that small number of people are not necessarily our elected representatives. Almost the whole of the Civil Service is against Brexit...

Re: Legalising a property

When I paid the very reasonable sum of 1075 euros inclusive of engineers fees and fines to legalise my property that was built for me in 2006,the only parts that needed legalising were the tiled BBQ area and car port that I built myself, when I paid my fee to the engineer last week I asked if my pr...

Re: new topography for property

You have to be clear exactly what it is you are paying for. A simple topo can cost as little as 200 euros. Legalisation fees can be in the high thousands depending on what needs to be legalised.

500 euros just for a topo is high. If it's just for the topo.

Interesting. All the fuss around my area is about Land Registry. No-one is looking to shell out money for legalising before they need to.
