Re: Why Did Vote LEave Win?

Saddler you really are a stereotype and selfish. I am so sorry for future generations who will not have the freedom we have had to work, live and move around the EU. I think it's incredibly selfish to deny them this by voting Brexit. I feel very disappointed that no one can be specific about the ben...

Re: Why Did Vote LEave Win?

Re: White goods

We ordered and had delivered a new large freezer from Kotsovolas last summer on the understanding, checked and double checked that the old one would be taken. Men in blue van arrived, not the proper Kotsovolas men and van , and delivered the new fridge freezer. It was like a scene from Laurel and Ha...

Re: Satellite Internet

We've been with Bentley Walker for about 7 years. We were lucky enough to get an unlimited package. It's expensive but as we watch quite a lot of TV especially in the winter then the UK up address is invaluable. The download speed is always around 17-20 Mbs so apart from streaming live TV we can al...

Re: SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER INFORMATIONS

You will need planning permission for everything except your bathroom. We used Piscine Ideales in Kalives for our pool 10 years ago and were pleased with them but there are also a couple of companies in Chania who do pools now.

Re: Greek EHIC card for a resident Brit?

We have satellite internet. The download and upload are really good but the ping is around 700. I don't know if it's a coincidence but when Microsoft took over Skype I found it useless for video calls from my MacBook. I use WhatsApp now for video calls. It always works well. Completely gave up with ...

Re: Which air conditioning

Thankyou Warwick. I have now found a few but always like to get personal recommendations especially for fitting. We have a thick stone wall to go through which could be a problem.,
