That is a major fault with the "other" site - and some of the posters, of course....

Sorry, I know that I've only just started posting but why are you trying to provoke a response from RIC? Or is this some on-going thing that I have missed. Quite obviously this "what are you wearing" post is a "no news day" way of getting people to post? Surely there must be som...

One or two things I haven't noticed on other airline sites:- Infants [0-2] have a baggage allowance up to 10 kilos which seems quite generous. That is generous - when my son and his wife travelled here with 17 mnth old grandson they had to pay 10% fare, no seat, and no baggage allowance - and Monar...

Banking Connundrum

I am always recommending Nationwide to people living abroad and generally have only good things to say about them. This, however, has flabbergasted me. I wanted to change the DD to pay my cr card bill this month from paying in full, to paying a set amount - when I made the change on-line I received ...

re: Why don't sheep shrink when it rains? Google to the rescue again..... The sheep would shrink if it rained hot, soapy water, just as your wool sweater shrinks when you wash it in hot, soapy water. But neither sheep nor your wool sweater shrink in cool rain. that's why we all washed our pre...

We've never had a problem. My mum has posted several parcels (from the UK) to us since February and they have all arrived within 5 days. Lucky you! I posted a parcel to myself last Wednesday (1st Class, airmail, ?8+) whilst in the UK and it still has not been delivered to the post office in Kalives!!

An optometrist's prescription should be usable anywhere in the world. I always carry a copy in my passport for emergencies.

Yes, in Word one needs to know (well, it is easier if you know..) how many columns you want at the start but adding rows is simply a carriage return to get the next row. Not sure what formulae you would need in a list of crates other than addition. Not sure what you mean by "filtering". If...

Well, ignoring this bit, and assuming say another ?10 for courier back, that makes ?163 which today converted to ?141 - as against ?72 + max ?10 in postage - so it cost nearly double what it would in the UK!!

I have been told that it costs a lot more to do it through the Embassy in Athens because of using couriers to send it backwards and forwards etc. I have a UK address so will be doing it there.
