On the front page of the bill - rhs, just above the list of charges which starts with ΔΕΗ. The words you are looking for are "Επόμενη Καταμέτρηση." - the date is to the right of the words.

I gather it only works from Greek mobiles. If you are using a UK one you will need one of the paper options.
