OTE is only responsible for the wiring to your house but not inside your house. I am nit surprised that they replaced your phone sockets free of charge because the OTE engineers can be pretty helpful but they were doing you a favour as they were not obliged to do so.

Have you considered that they might be calling you for a reason, maybe to tell you or ask you something that pertains to your account? KEP certainly wanted both parties (seller and buyer) to be there in person the two times I used them. As it wasn't a problem I never asked if this could be circumvented. It's probably possible. You could ask KEP directly or a lawyer?
