So sorry to hear of your problems with the house purchase. FYI as I understand it once the deposit has been paid if the seller pulls out they have to repay you double the deposit, if you pull out you lose your deposit. I forgot to mention that some banks that have already started the transition no longer allow you to change the mobile number online, you have to ring the call centre.
