KEP in Agios Nikolaos signed and stamped my "proof of life" in December. I returned it to the pension provider with a note to explain who KEP are. No problems with that for the last two years. Give them a try, nothing to lose,

After the hoops we had to jump through to open and maintain a Greek bank account and the problems with opening an interest-bearing UK one when you live here, I imagine opening a German account to look after my few euro would be well nigh impossible. 'Three blokes in a pub' is a very worthwhile watch with three extremely knowledgeable participents. I'm sure Weymouth College has got many notable alumni. We are very lucky here in Elounda to have Tech Hub, a small technology shop where we can pay bills such as road tax. We no longer have to queue for hours at the bank or post office - at least until everyone finds out that this service is available! I paid ours from this very laptop. Why is it neces...
