Paul. Are you able to explain what is going with OTE and all the trench digging? It appears to be to do with fibre optics, but one of the locals in the village says they are also laying an ISDN cable. We have seen a large black 'sleeve' as it were which I imagine could house the fibre-optic cable to...

I notice that further down in this topic there is a reference to Skype. I am using VOIP discount which is similar. Put in €10 to begin with and get 120 days free calls to UK, US etc. After the 120 days runs out, calls to these places (landline) are €0.01 per minute using normal (not premium) numbers...

Thanks for the encouragement Warwick. It was a struggle at MOT time though, so I guess a 15-year old car will struggle a bit more now! Never mind, the old girl owes us nothing - it's just a shame that she will bomb along the highway at a good rate with nary a flicker or stammer! Bob.

I imported a Vauxhall Cavalier, 1.8 12 years ago having owned it for 4 years.
