The vessel belongs to Fesco (Far East Shipping Company), a company with well known ties to the russian military. The company has been involved in numerous "situations" where spying was the purpose. I'll doubt very much that the crew is anything but russians, but I don't know for sure.

I have my money wit a cyprus registered bank in greece and understand that the answer to your question is NO when/if the bank is registered in Cyprus.
