I don't have sufficient funds to purchase a property expensive enough to qualify for a golden visa but this website: https://getgoldenvisa.com/retire-in-greece suggests that I only need to prov...

28410 91417 is the number that will get you through to the specific person you need to speak to. He says he only has a little English, but it's actually quite good.

Biometric ID Card Application - Sitia

Just in case anyone in the Sitia area who has decided to apply for residence doesn't already know this, the application needs to be made at Agios Nikolaos police station, not Sitia. You will need to make an appointment. The telephone number of the Ag Nik nick is 28410 91417. I have an appointment fo...

Re: Biometric permits

Typically the TAXISNet platform for submitting 2020 returns will not be open until May 2021 so people with appointments earlier than that will only have their 2019 returns, i.e. submitted in 2020 for 2019 income. P&B, did you have a blue certificate and had it been issued more than 5 years befo...

I would guess you could have a standard policy amended to remove any excess. It would cost, of course.

Re: lockdown ticket

I see that with the easing of restrictions on shopping, they're stressing that the metakinisi is only valid for two hours from its receipt. Seemingly you have to have finished your task and be back home before it runs out, or else. That may have always been the rule, but I don't remember ever hearin...
