You are correct Warwick. We sold and bought a car last year - the car insurance is invalid at the point of sale.

I wish you well. I do not have any direct experience however I have read on this forum I think, that businesses owned by foreigners are taxed quite high?

Using KEP can potentially save time queuing at the IKA office. Over the years we have experienced just walking into IKA and being served immediatel, to having to wait 4+ hours.

KEP can renew your IKA book - we used them for this for the first time this year. I don't know if you can use them to get your book in the first place.

I renewed mine last yeat without a problem and I helped a 90+ Year old lady renew hers earlier this year. Both were renewed online and both were sent out to us in Crete.
