If the price is above 15'000 € you need 2 lawyers. Otherwise one will be able to do it.

So, if, you are transferring ownership of property between family members then 1 lawyer can do it.

I maybe using socialism in the wrong context. I am trying to pigeonhole governments that use state price controls and subsidies to keep their electorate happy.
