Is it saying that I MUST apply for a UK EHIC now? I thought that I could apply for a Greek EHIC and that it was illegal for me, as a permanent resident, to apply for a UK card.

PS For something like Isopropyl Alcohol I think I would have gone totally local, phoned my local pharmacy, asked them to get whatever I needed and then picked it up when they had it.
