Thanks for replies, think I have got what the extra is for, the swimming pool, this of course was not on the electric bill but it is on this, plus a small amount for the land of course, still an absolute fraction of what I pay in the UK!

Just got mine today, just before payment deadline for a fine, gone up by 77€ compared to last year on electric bill, can anyone shed any light on this as to why?
