check that it is in English

I guess that you mean the operating system as the keyboard will always have English + Greek.

1936 Minus 15 deg F 1978 Minus 19 deg F I just checked that with my calculator (not to good with Fahrenheit) and it works out at respectively -26C and -28C. Surely that can't be right for Chania. AFAIK the lowest recorded temperature was -1C on 13th and 14th February 2004. Or is your "Chania&q...

But it IS romantic. In fact one of the reasons I love Crete is because it is such an extreme place. As for the old Cretans, I am sure that they will cope with it, they have seen worse and, honestly, the current weather is nothing so out of the ordinary. It happens every few years and it passes quick...

My Otenet address (had it for almost 10 years) is spam free so you've had bad luck Warwick. did you know that if you download the Google Toolbar free from Google t...

My emails go through a proxy (or two - it depends on which address) with (not too aggressively set) spam filters and I manually check the rest with Mailwasher. My spam has gone down from an average of 100 a day 4 or 5 years ago to no more than 10 a day. That gets deleted on the final POP server with...

Is there anyway I can stop them arriving? Change your email address. If you are not a business it should not be too disruptive. If you really need to hang on to your existing address there are other ways but changing your address (and keeping it private if possible) is by far the easiest solution. ...
