I think the Scandanavian departures use the central check-in desks at Chania airport while other flights use the desks at the end. I don't visit the airport very often but the odd time I have been there the queues for the central desks seem much bigger. Purely subjective. A week ago we were queuing...

The interview panel would need smelling salts.
I am frequently happy with my i-phone pictures, but the Panasonic G3 is my favourite for ease of carrying the kit. My Nikon still produces the best quality, but I hate carrying loads.

The only problem we have had with an OTE engineer is when he jumped with gay abandon onto the stegi over the front entrance and broke several tiles. It has leaked ever since.

* It's got wheels to get round planning rules regarding window area but I don't think you could really tow it anywhere. It was built in sections, craned onto the site and assembled there.

The "sprawling house" is a beauty. I found the programme fascinating, if only to wonder at the imaginative architecture.
