Does anybody know of any good Greek lessons being held in Chania for 2010?

I don't have an answer but you are more likely to get one if you provide some information.

You mean the town or Chania province?
What is your current level of skill? Beginner, intermediate, not bad?
Are you after conversation practice or written lessons going into details of grammar?

There's a (Cretan) Greek lesson at the "Cretan Corner" taverna in Aptera, every Tuesday and Thursday, for beginners.

Yes I am looking in the town Chania. I live in Lentaridiana so not too fr away fom there.

I know very basic Greek, hello, how are you etc. I have learnt the alpahabet and can read and understand Greek more than I can speak it. At the moment I am looking to learn just converstaion, but will also want to learn how to write and the grammer.

If anybody knows of any, it will be a great help. Thanks :)

My wife and I attended a free course of 75 hours over the winter and found it very good. To register you need to go to the office in Chania with your passport and I think your tax number. The office is situated on Kriari street just off 1866 square and I think from memory it is on the first floor though could be wrong on that. The building itself cannot be missed as it has lots of plaques on the outside. They will start the course if they have enough people (think it was minimum of ten) so the more you can persuade to put their names down the better. I hope this helps.
Alan.

I see the memory's still deteriorating, Scooby. That was two winters ago!

PS Bet you've forgotten who won the Gold Cup already.
