Based on his comments about Meskala in the Water Bill thread I would guess he is in the Chania area somewhere but I could be wrong. I used Ιωάννης Γαβριλάκης to legalise my property. His office is on the first floor of Apokoronou 51. Left hand side going out of Chania not far from the centre. johngavrilakis at gmail dot com

Another possibility to consider is:
Stamatis Loupis
Solomou 8
Mobile: 0030 6972 318 847

Based in centre of city. Entering Xania from Souda direction pass Police HQ on right, enter one way system. At second traffic lights (at X roads just before the War Museum) Solomou is the road to the left. His office is about 100m on the right.
Our first house here was a falling down, single storey stone house and Stamatis was responsible for restoring and developing that into a two storey, three bedroom house. A couple of years later, adjacent to the house, he designed/built us a modern, concrete frame "home office" with 40m² basement behind and a holiday apartment above.

His preference is restorations. We were very pleased with both of these jobs.

Ditto Warwick; we also used Yiannis (when we were building our house).
