It's from a BBC News article about new materials, including wood, being used in the auto industry. Of course the use of wood isn't really new. Morgan have used an Ash frame to help support the bodywork, not for the chassis as is sometimes wrongly claimed, for over a century. The picture only illustrates the article. It isn't suggested that we will be driving round in cars looking like the 2CV shown. I thought the picture might amuse you though.

Andrew's old MG had a wooden body frame, like the Morgan.

ANYWAY, nice to know that with our preference of a 2CV, we are now trend setters :roll:
