Blackout Blinds

Postby Yin&Yang » Sat Dec 07, 2019 5:10 pm

Does anyone know where to buy blackout blinds in the Xania area - either ready made or made to measure? I know Skitarkis sell blinds but unsure if they sell blackout blinds.

We FINALLY made a visit to Jysk this morning. Regrettably they didn’t have the blinds in the sizes we were after but we were impressed with their stock of goods; especially pillows, duvets, bed sets and towels. Obviously we came away with something  A single duvet cover and pillow case (in the sale), a radiator cleaning duster and four packets of serviettes for 27 Euros.

Sketakis in Chania do made-to-measure black-out blinds. Just ordered some & the cost is very reasonable!

P.s. I never call napkins ' serviettes' in Greece. The Greek ' serviett - es' is sanitary pads :)

So pretty expensive at €27 for a pack of four?

Haha Warwick  No all items amounted to 27 Euros; forgive my grammar

Carolina, we’re also going to ask Sketakis to make our blinds for us.
