"To do" lists

Postby paulh » Fri Dec 18, 2009 10:17 am

Anyone who uses todo lists and wants to try a free computer based version then you could do worse than try www.todoist.com. There is a paid for version but try the free version it is quite adequate then consider if you need the paid for version.

I have been using it for 4 months now and it has but one downside in that it isn't accessible if the internet is down. On the upside because it is internet based it is accessible from any computer. Just put your username and password in and there is all your data.

There is a slight learning curve but it works well and actually has quite a few functions when you delve deeper.

But, Paul, to do lists mean planning.

Some planning is necessary in life Filippos otherwise one could step out to the taverna and find it is shut. With a little bit of planning the possibility of such a catastrophe can be averted or at least minimised.

minor rant
(you will notice I did not (and do not) say "forward planning", Planning is by it's own definition a future event. (you might get retrospective planning permission but it is the permission which is retrospective)
rant over

Did exactly that on Wednesday evening so had a pleasant stroll to a different one. Life is full of little surprises.

Not really. It was more, "We're hungry, let's see what we can find." It wasn't planned in the sense of Planning.

Oh, bugger! Which are you complaining about, Warwick, planning or the avoidance thereof?

Haha at the "P" word comment  Todoist is great! I also have been using Flowster a lot lately for my team's recurring work.
