Maybe I'm unkind but this amused me.

Made me smile too - especially that the lady faces charges of 'endangering private property' !!!!!!!

..... this is the bit that really caught my eye!!

Mr Feltham's father, Ian, said: "He swears blind that he's never met her or seen her. He's not the kind of lad that gets himself in trouble – he's a kind-hearted, generous boy".

... hmmmmmmm?

so if he has never met her or seen her then obviously it must have been spontaneous combustion or perhaps an act of god

just one other slightly confusing point....alcohol in the form of spirits and certain delicate parts of the male anatomy don't exactly get on well together (source. one of the Modesty Blaise books (perfume onto the seat of a Lambretta) and personal experience when putting a new petrol tank into a Ford Anglia)

why the need for flame?

Who exposes himself in public? Very generous indeed. 8)

This "kind hearted, generous boy" might have had even bigger trouble if the young lady's brother or a male cousin had been present. The authorities might still have been searching for bits of him.

To say nothing of what might have happened if her mother had been there!

Golden rule in any country, don't refer to women as birds unless you're happy to get your bits ripped off and put in a blender.......

Good grief! I would never use a derogatory term like that!
