Cat/dog Sitter required

Postby Creteskyblue » Tue Apr 15, 2014 8:17 am

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes.
Due to bereavement, we may have to return to the UK for a few weeks. It is not a definite plan as yet, but are there any cat/dog sitters in the Apokoranas area who could look after 1 dog and 4 cats should we decide to go back?

Thanks

I'm not very keen on animals and wouldn't have one in my house. But I'm open to offers over €100 per day!

That is incredibly unhelpful, Martin. I'm sure that CreteSkyBlue will add you to the list of people whom he/she won't bother considering.

Given that there is a need (possibly) to go back to the UK following a bereavement I would have thought that only sensible offers of help need to be posted.

We know of 2 house and pet sitters, both of who are very reasonable. Which area are you?
Please PM me for their phone numbers.

Thank you for your inappropriate reply. This is the sort of reply we would expect from someone of low intelligence. We wouldn't give you the time of day yet alone 100 euros.

But I'm the only one who has even bothered to offer my services!

I have removed the personal comments. There is no need to resort to personal insults and they are NOT ok on this forum - they just promote further bickering.

We know someone who would take care of the dog. Not a kennels - the "guest dog" joins their dog as part of the family. We are very happy to use them. They are in Plaka.

We can also provide details of a small cattery in Fres.

Send me a PM if you would like contact details.

I would have done it in exchange for accommodation...actually I was looking now for a pet/house-sit opportunity in Chania area...me and my husband took care of many houses and lovely pets during our travels... :D
