selection packs

Postby marmite » Wed Dec 06, 2017 5:29 pm

Does anyone know where I could buy a selection pack? I have a girl who still believes in Santa and he always brings one - except this year I can't find them anywhere!

Close to Chania, to the south west.

I suggest you give Greengibble a ring, they may have them - 695 084 0068 or message them on their Facebook page

I think what is meant is something like a Cadbury's box, decorated for Christmas, with a selection of chocolate bars or packets inside.

I wondered if that was the case, Bob, but I haven't been in for a few weeks. I am planning to visit again in the next few days and was intending to report back. I would guess that they are not the usual brands? Carrefour used to have them in this time of year but don't exist now. I'll check out AB as well.

I think it is Amazon being silly. They aren't always cheap. Here are some Tesco examples. I just used the Amazon version to illustrate what they are. If you want a real laugh look at their Cadbury selection.

A pack of eight for £16 doesn't seem horrendous considering the price of, say, a single Mars bar. Same price per pack and per 8-pack as Tesco.
