From my limited knowledge it’s TV license (a few of the Channels we have are ERT)
There is somewhere on this forum a full explanation I’ve seen before. Just do a search.
What I want to know is why the old lady next door get charged 1/2 our EPT charge and she has various apartments as well as hers, all. On same bill!! She must be on some kind of discount.

I am surprised that you are not charged on every bill? I am. There was a period from around September 2013 to May 2014 when ERT was closed down and no charge was made. Before the close down it was €50.88 per year. When payments restarted it was €36 per year and still is. There was also a period when it was labelled NERIT.
