Perhaps it's a Greek counting thing? When they say 20 September it is really a bit like saying the 20s. It could mean anything from 20 to 29?

Yes, I just managed to get mine but the site is very slow. I would suggest trying on Sunday when not so many accountants will be working. My amount was identical to last year. In 2018 and prior it was €398.80. In 2019 it dropped to €291,12, i.e. 27 % reduction, and in 2020 it dropped again to €279.32, i.e. 30 % reduction altogether.

I think it comes under "Payments" "By Category" "Public Services" and then something like "Assessed Taxes" or similar.

Try Payments, then Alphabetical and then Verified Tax Obligations.
Someday is now : )
