Bent judiciary, or just incompetence? also the same as most other european countries one has to ask ...why are there still legal proceedings going on 6 years after the event with still no decision ..... legal eagles keeping the trail going to make money?

It is neither. The Greek court system is totally clogged up with cases. Partly due to the Judges strikes, lawyers strikes etc and a huge backlog has built up.

I committed an "offence" in May 2010. I am still waiting for a court date after nearly 4 years (and I have paid no bribes!)
