Does anyone know, at what time, the traditional throwing the cross into the water, happens on Friday?

That probably depends on where you are and may not be guaranteed. A couple of years or so ago the weather was miserable and our local priest cancelled without telling anyone.

Also remember, if you ask someone local, whatever time they tell you is GMT.

It depends where you are to some extent but the cross throwing follows the local church service. Most services usually start around 7.30 am and end between 9.30 and 10.30 am.
