I need help with this, can someone point me in the right direction please.
Have installed it from the cd, and it is showing under Ports (Com + LPT) in Device manager, but (don't laugh) cannot find a programme or icon or such to actually use the cable to transfer data from the mobile to my computer.
The answer is bound to be simple - if you know! |

Seems like you may not have installed it correctly. Should not show under Com/LPT if you are using a USB
Have you tried to make the connection. Usually will not be an Icon. Explorer should open when the connection is made.
If this does not happen, uninstall the program, re-install looking carefully at an choice of connection
