As far as I am concerned Breitbart is a neo-nazi race-hatred spreading rag. The Christian governments of the USA and the UK caused the slaughter of hundred of thousands of Muslims in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya. In Japan Buddhist monks carefully sweep the path in front of them to avoid killing any insects while in Myanmar the Buddhist government attacks Rohingya villages, kills all the men, rapes all the women, sets fire to the houses and throws the babies alive into the flames.

Islam, as a religion, embraces and incorporates all of Judaism and Christianity, except they do not recognise Christ as the son of god. Within every religion on earth there are extremists who attempt to spread hatred for other religions and Breitbart is just one example of a far right Christian version. The best thing anybody can do is try to recognise all such sources and reject all their views rather than spreading them.

Crimes are happening every day committed by people of all nationalities, ethnicities and religions. Articles, like the one linked, attempt to highlight a small number of such crimes committed by members of a particular group and use it to raise hatred against that group as a whole. Not long ago an English guy living on Crete was imprisoned for paedophilia. Perhaps we should drag every male UK ex-pat out of their homes and stone them to death?

Well the thing you linked, Kamisiana, is not an article but a question raised by an MEP in the European Parliament. The question was raised by Ioannis Lagos who is a Greek MEP. He previously served as an MP in the Greek parliament from 2012 to 2019 representing Golden Dawn, Greece's own neo-nazi party. Members and followers of Golden Dawn spend their spare time attacking Muslims and in some cases killing them. Many of them support bringing back all the horrors of the German Nazi regime but this time against Muslims rather than Jews.

So, no, the EU Parliament cannot be characterised as a neo-nazi organisation but there are several neo-nazi members serving on it from many EU countries.
