Mystery

Postby Jeffstclair » Mon Jun 04, 2018 6:54 pm

OK here's a thing, all around our village 6 or more red and yellow paper laminated flags have appeared nailed to the road in the verge even stuck on a friends flat concrete roof .They are A3 sized and we think they are something to do with GPS ...any one seen these before ? They just happened... no one saw anyone doing it but it's got the village talking ....

Do the flags suggest any kind of pattern, ie, seen from above, would they form a grid, or are they in a straight line ? Maybe they follow a conduit underground (though not on your friend's roof I would assume) that a utility company needs to pinpoint for some reason. A bit like the orange marker posts in the UK that follow high pressure gas mains. From your previous posts I believe you live not far from the military base at Ziros, so perhaps it's something to do with them? Spooky!

Well there has been developments , I don't know what it means but yesterday evening while I was out walking the dogs , two guys turned up in a smart 4x4 and parked up near the church the high spot in our village and launched a small drone and flew it about hovering over the 'Battenberg' markers ...I heard the buzzing sound and spotted it, but I was right over the other side of the valley ,so unable to ask 'em about it ... the thot plickens .....

Oh right , hope not ...about 13 or 14 years ago a German company bought a entire empty village just down the road from us ...it still remains untouched ...

Well it seems the general opinion is that the drone and the battenburg flags are sommat to do with enfia property taxes ...nothing very interesting at all ......
