Figure 3 in this ekathimerini article is terrifying. It is a projection, so it might no pan out like this, but the idea that the number of people in employment will drop from a peak of 4.5 million to 2.5 million in 60 years is unthinkable. I cannot imagine that any country anywhere in the world could withstand that sort of demographic fall without its economy totally imploding.

I don't suppose it could be an engineered excuse to pull down the al-Aqsa mosque that now stands on the site of the previous temples? I understand that psychopaths often claim that god told them to do it?
