TRAINING TO CARE - SHORT COURSE
Are you interested in Care work but have no real experience or qualification?
Care in Crete is running a 4-day course for those who wish to learn the basics of care work (and join Care in Crete database for priority work).

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND ALL 4 DAYS?
Yes, each day will cover different aspects of care work, from First Aid to Correct Handling to How to Take Notes.

There are limited places and it will be on a first come, first served basis, so email now (limit 10 people).
REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN
Fluent English – entire course will be in English.
A committed desire to work in care in the future.
Please bring notebook and pen to take notes.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The first day consists of First Aid training by the Red Cross – this is free of charge. The following three days will be basic care training by an experienced and trained care worker; the charge for this is 60 Euros per person.
IS A QUALIFICATION AWARDED?
You will receive a Care in Crete certificate of Basic Care Training* and you will be entered on our database, given top priority for work.
60 EUROS MAY BE A PROBLEM FOR ME:
If you are really interested in working in care but do not have immediate access to 60 Euros there is the possibility of working out a payment scheme.

*This certificate is valid for work at Care in Crete and not recognised externally.
